How it works

The calculator subtracts bar weight from the target, splits the remainder between both sides and fills it with standard kg plates (20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25).

How to interpret

Use the output as a practical guide when loading the bar. Gyms may have different plate sets, so adjust as needed if certain plates are unavailable.
